WORKOUT OF THE WEEK! – Kettlebell Strength Intervals: Legs

This weeks workout is a 45 minute kettlebell session mainly focusing through the legs. All of the exercises can also be done with dumbbells, get inventive with your equipment. Just because this is a kettlebell session, it does not mean that you have to have a kettlebell in your hands the whole time. and yes I did smash my mirror, watch till the end.
