Lisa always had a passion for sports rehabilitation and therapy and graduated from St Mary’s University College in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) in Sport rehabilitation. However whilst working with an Osteopath she came to realise the many benefits that provided patients and so she started her studies in osteopathy.
In July 2016 Lisa graduated from the European School of Osteopathy and now uses her skill as a sports therapist and an osteopath to help her patients and so has a particularly keen interest in helping clients with sports injuries.
Through her work and her own personal fitness experience as a power lifter, Lisa is passionate about preventative health, which has led her to also train in Pilates.
Lisa has studied Pilate’s levels 1 and 2 with the APPI in 2010 and 2012, CYQ level 3 in 2014 with Pilates Training Solutions (REPs accredited) and Pilates studio equipment in 2014 with Pilates Training Solutions.
At The Revitalize Clinic, Lisa is able to provide 1:1 Pilates to clients using her knowledge as a Sports Therapist and Osteopath therefore providing specific exercises to help activate muscles to prevent future injuries.
